Returns and exchanges of unopen merchandise should be made within 30 days of purchase. An exchange for a different style and/or length of hair may take place upon retrieval of the return merchandise. Returns can be mailed or made in-store. If returned by mail, a refund of unopened merchandise may take place within three business days of retrieval and complete inspection to ensure the integrity of the merchandise has not be tampered with.
