Cancellations and Rescheduling must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please login and access your "Bookings" to edit your scheduled appointment (including but not limited to rescheduling and cancelling). For additional assistance please contact us directly via chat. Service cancellation fees apply on cancelled (No-Show) services made after 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
